Can't View Attachments

When I view the forums without logging in, I can view your funny signs in the relevant forum.

However, when I log in I can no longer view the signs as it states I don't have permission to view them.

Any ideas why?

Also, do you have a way of attaching files directly from my computer via the forums as I have collected images of many funny signs from across the world.
